Welcome to the New Zealand Kayak School calendar. This is an outline of our standard dates. Please note that we need a minimum of two people to confirm a course will run. We often have people penciled in for courses so please enquire with us if there are dates that interest you.
Beyond our beginner programmes we endeavor to match individuals of similar abilities on intermediate and advanced courses. This helps us to customise each programme to meet the needs of you, the participant. Think of it as match-making for your kayaking.
We also have great flexibility with custom dates. If you have a plus one of a similar ability, then get in contact with us as we can often arrange dates that suit you outside of our standard dates.
For River Rescue 1, River Rescue 2 or Instructor Training we need a minimum of three people to ensure the course will run. These courses are often programmed alongside the below dates, so again please enquire as we may have something already in the works.
